In the next 12 day cycle, I suggest to pay attention to the following days:

May 27th and June 2nd - partial Fire Penalty, higher chances of accidents.

The Small Sprout season started a couple of days ago, and it will last for the rest of this Snake month. This is the season to prepare your body for the hot weather.

Hot and humid weather can cause excess phlegm accumulation in your body. In TCM, phlegm doesn't mean just mucus you cough up when you get cold, but a broad variety of viscous substances that obstruct the Qi flow and blood flow. When Qi is not moving, disease develops.

In order to get through this hot summer healthy, we need to pay attention to what we eat. Of course, you need to look at your own elemental breakdown to see what foods you need and what you should avoid, but in general...

Increase your liquid intake. Your choice of foods are cooling and neutral. Fresh veggies, herbs, fruits, berries. Avoid high calorie, high fat, fried, grilled foods. I'm not suggesting to go vegan, but do watch your meat intake.
