The weekend becomes quieter and more restricted, favoring simple tasks, follow-ups, and keeping things steady rather than moving forward.

Health

Best: Tuesday, Friday — supports treatment, improvement, and steady care.

Best (specific use): Friday — treatment and recovery.

Weaker: Sunday — keep care minimal; avoid treatment. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday remain limited for intensive actions.

Relationships

Best: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday — supports connection, networking, and social interaction with limits.

Best (specific use): Monday — family connection and reconciliation.

Weaker: Friday — keep distance; avoid commitments. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday remain limited for major decisions.
